NSV Cryogenic trunnion ball valve is used for low temperature working condition, especially for LNG(liquid natural gas)carriers,receiving Terminals storage and satellite facility Ethylene plants Industrial-use cryogenic gases.

NSV has been experienced in the design, manufacturing, inspection and test of cryogenic ball valve.The cryogenic ball valve is applicable to different pipeline of Class150～Class1500, PN16～PN100, JIS10K～JIS20K.By adopting different materials, the cryogenic trunnion ball valve is applicable to different working temperature and medium.The minimum temperature for the ball valve is -196℃ . The operation of the ball valve can be manual operated, gear operated, pneumatic operated and motor operated. The end connection usually is flanged ends. However, the welded ends are also optional.

Design Features
1.Pressure relief hole is set on the ball of Cryogenic ball valve.
2.Ceramic filled material is used for gasket.
3.Light weight and small dimension is adopted in order to reduce the heat loss especially under cryogenic condition.
4.Long neck stem design is used to keep the heat at the packing position and ensure the reliable sealing performance. The length of extended neck is decided per design, calculation & testing.

1. Advantage,Design and manufacturing features

Being required by the standard, the long neck design is usually adopted for the ball valve below -50℃. The long neck design can keep the heat at the packing position and ensure the reliable sealing performance of the valve packing. The length of the neck complies to the standard, but, can be also changed as per the customer's request in the contract.

The spare parts of the valve shall be cryogenically treated to ensure their dimensional stability under the cryogenic condition.

2.Imported Seat ring
