NSV Pneumatic Actuator ball valve,it means that ball valve operated by pneumatic actuator with very fast rate(fastest open&close 0.05S/time),it also normal called pneumatic quick cut off ball valve, and this kind of actuator have double acting and single acting,also have accessories for optional,like SOV,L/S, POSITIONER,AFR etc. In order to achieve local control and remote centralized control, the valve can be controlled in the control room, do not need to run to the site or high altitude and dangerous manual control, save human resources, time and safety to a large extent.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1.The Actuator air pressure
Because the pneumatic ball valve power source is a gas, generally 0.2-0.8MPa pressure, relatively safe. Pneumatic ball valve if leakage, relative to hydraulic, electric, gas can be directly discharged, no pollution to the environment, at the same time has a higher safety.

3.INSTALLATION
● Before installation, ensure that the valve end protectors are removed and gasket is placed for flanged end valves.
● Clean the valve ends and bore using methylene chloride or trichloroethylene or as per the customer’s specification.
● Clean the pipeline to avoid damage of the soft seat due to debris, scaling etc.
● Keep the valve in fully open condition.
● Never install the valve with the actuator on the underneath side in the pipeline.
