NSV V-type ball valve belong to trunnion mounted ball valve, is also a single valve seat sealing ball valve, that regulating performance is the best, flow characteristics are equal percentage, adjustable ratio up to 100:1.It has shear action between the v-notch and the metal valve seat, especially suitable for medium containing fiber, tiny solid particle, slurry and so on.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1. Preeminent performance of adjustment control

The ball is of "V"pattern.At any position from full open to full close,it always keeps the standard geometry.The large adjustable extent is from 100:1 to 200:1,the CV curve of discharge characteristic is similar to the percentage curve,which may realize the precise control of the flow.

2. One piece body

a) Integral body design offers greater rigidity against fluctuating pipe loads.

b) Eliminates the leak path associated with two piece body designs.

c) Both wafer and flange connection are available.

3. Seat

a) For valve rated under class 150, retainer is casted on valve body to eliminate any possible space between seat ring and body for residue accumulation. Consequently, this ensures perfect seal。

b) Specialized spring design decreases valve torque while providing force for tight sealing.

c) Pressure energized seat design offers excellent sealing even at very low differential pressures.

4. Ball

a) Specially designed V-notch ball provides strong cutting stress and tight sealing.

b) Hard chromium, nitriding, and HCOF treatments are all available for the ball surface treatment, improving hardness, abrasion resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and performance under high temperature.

c) Well ground notched ball surface ensures small operating torque and tight seal, especially for metal seatedsegment valve.

5. Sealing packing

The stem adopts the adjustable jam type packing of V type PTFE or RPPL.Ensure that has reliable sealing and no outleakage under the middle and high temperture.

6. Drive&Positioner

V TYPE BALL VALVE complement using driver adopts the adjustable manual exerciser,pneumatic driver(with positioner) and adjustable electric driver.
