Product Details

NSV Pneumatic Actuator ball valve, is a new generation of high performance ball valve, suitable for long-distance pipeline and general industrial pipeline, its strength, safety, resistance to harsh environment and other special considerations in the design, suitable for a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive media.

Compared with the pneumatic actuator floating ball valve, when working, the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball all the forces produced to the bearing, will not make the ball to the valve seat movement, thus the valve seat deformation is small, the sealing performance is stable, the service life is long, is suitable for the high pressure, the large diameter occasion.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1.Urgent grease injection device

According to customers' requirement, the trunnion ball valves made by Our company are provided with devices for urgent grease injection, which are on both the stem and seat for the trunnion ball valves of DN>150mm (NPS6), and in the body cavity for the valve of DN<125mm. When the O ring of stem or the body seat ring is damaged due to accident, the medium leakage between body and stem can be prevented by injecting the sealing grease through the device.

2. Self-relief in the body cavity

As the liquid medium left in the body cavity gasifies due to increased temperature, the pressure in the body cavity becomes abnormally higher when the medium itself in the cavity would propel the seat and self-relieves the pressure to ensure the safety
of valve.

The BG series actuators incorporate over three stages of internal and external coatings to resist severe weater,chemical and petroleum environments.The inner surface of cylinder is coated by PTFE,enhanced corrosion resistant and self-lubricating.

Safe Spring Module

To ensure the safety of personnel during installation and maintenance.the spring module has been designed so that it can only be removed from the power module with the spring in the fully extended position.This prevents accidental release of the spring force,protecting personnel from injury and the actuator from accidental damage.
