Product Details

NSV Cast Steel Piston check valves(also called Non-return check valve), like all check valves, are used to prevent back flow in the line.that’s operation depend on medium flowing, as this standard valve has no spring in order to minimize cracking pressure and pressure drop, it will only function properly when installed in a horizontal line. Its main role is to prevent the backflow of media, prevent pump and drive motor inversion, and the release of the container media.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

◎ Body-To-Bonnet Joint

Stainless steel + flexible graphite wounded gasket is used for Class150 and Class300 check valve; Stainless steel + flexible graphite wounded gasket is used for Class600 check valve, and joint gasket is also optional for Class600 check valve; Ring joint gasket is used for Class900 check valve; Pressure seal design is used for Class1500～Class2500 check valves.

◎ Body and Bonnet Connection

The body and bonnet of Class150～Class900 check valves are usually with studs and nuts. And the body and bonnet of Class1500～Class2500 check valves are usually of pressure seal design.
