Product Details

NSV One piece cast body Bi-Directional Resilient Seated Knife Gate Valve features a unique, patented perimeter seat design that provides bubble-tight shutoff in either direction, even on dead end service. The valve is designed for isolation and on/off applications in the paper, chemical, mining, power and waste water industries. It is designed to handle clean, dirty, viscous and corrosive liquids, sludge, fibrous slurries, clean and corrosive gases.

Bi-directional knife gate valves will seat on either side of the gate and operate with back pressures, providing adequate water tightness and has a tendency of avoiding any build-up of solids that could prevent the valve from closing. The Bi-directional valve is generally more expensive, and you can expect to pay up to 30% more. Bi-directional valves tend to have a lower torque/thrust over the Uni-directional valves and they have the added advantage of being able to be fitted on “end of line”.

A: Our valves warranty period should be 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after installation, whichever occurs first.

A: As our company’s policy, we normally have bellow 3 payment terms,it also can negotiation both parties before confirm order.
1) 100% T/T or West Union in advance that order value within $2,000.00USD.

2)30% T/T advance+70% balance after the shipment for the order value above $2,000.00USD.

3)L/C at sight for the order value above $50,000.00USD.
