Product details

NSV Triple Eccentric Flange Butterfly Valve are used to open and close(seal type) or adjust the medium flow in pipes. It is widely used in metallurgy,electric power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, municipal construction and other industrial pipelines with medium temperature ≤425℃.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

1. Simple structure, small sizes, light weight and low installation dimensions. According to the types of body connection, they are basically classified to wafer type(including lug wafer type), flanged and welded.

2.Multilayer Hard Seal Structure(See fig．right)
Multilayer hard seal structure is applicable. double and triple eccentric butterfly valves, pressure rating≤CLASS600．And triple eccentric butterfly valve can maintain bi-directional Ieak—tightness.Multilayer sealing ring is composite of stainless steel and nonmetal material. The nonmetal material can be flexible graphite。PTFE or non asbestos material etc. according to the actual working conditions.

3. Low driving moment,easy and quick operation

DO’S & DON’TS BEFORE INSTALL ON PIPELINE

1. These valves are not to be used for End of Line Service.

2. Wear all necessary protective equipment for conducting the work.

3. Never remove or maintain a valve or joint unless the line has been fully drained and de-pressurized.

4. Ensure that the valves are used within the pressure temperature service conditions as per ASME B16.34.Also refer nameplate for pressure temperature limites.In case of additional assistance consult with ALL.

5. Valve handwheels are designed only for operation.The handwheel must not be used for handling the valve.
