NSV Concentric Butterfly Valve with the advantages of good corrosion resistance, reliable seal, small unsealed moment and so on,the valve body shall be one-piece design with extended neck and a concentric disc and seat configuration to allow for 2” to 48” of piping insulation.

Weld the pipe only in spots with the valve between flanges,Remove the valve before finishing welding to avoid that heat damage the seat,Clean carefully the welding to avoid that slags damage the seat.
