NSV Through conduit knife gate valve is a wafer valve designed for media with high condistency.

The double seat design assures a non-dogging shut off on either normal or reverse flow.The valve is used in a wide range of demanding applications in industries such as:

Precautionary Measures

Valve Position

The valve can be assembled in any position,however we recommend suitable position as bellow:

Knife gate valve assembly way

The valve is unidirectional is must be installed with the pressure which push the knife on the gasket.The flow direction is user responsility.Please assemble the valve following the arrow on the body(hydraulics applications).

Valve Handing

Before assembling please handle the valve with care.

Pipe installation

Assembling the valve must be installed between flanges

Valve support

When the valves are operated with heavy actuator in horizontal or tilting position,the actuator must be supported by means of the retaining plate supplied

3)L/C at sight for the order value above $50,000.00USD.
