NSV Unidirectional Knife Gate Valve design One piece cast body with guides to support gate and seat wedges. Provides high flow rates with low pressure drop and include various seat and packing materials available. Face to face dimension in accordance with NSV standard. An arrow is marked on the body indicating the flow direction. This knife gate valve is suitable for liquids that contain a maximum of 5% suspended solids..Designed for applications such as:

Paper Industry, Mining, Silo emptying, Chemical plants, Bumping Food, Industry Sewage treatment.

1. The scientific back seal packing box design makes the bak seal safe, effective and durable.
2. The triangle supporter ensures necessary mechanical properties.
3. V shape wedge can serve as control valve.
4. The guide block on the valve body enables the wedge to move correctly and extrusion block provides effective sealing for the wedge.
5. The design of valve body reinforcing rib can enhance the body strength.

3. Q: What’s the valves warranty?
A: Our valves warranty period should be 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after installation, whichever occurs first.

4. Q: What’s your payment terms?

A: As our company’s policy, we normally have bellow 3 payment terms,it also can negotiation both parties before confirm order.
1) 100% T/T or West Union in advance that order value within $2,000.00USD.

2)30% T/T advance+70% balance after the shipment for the order value above $2,000.00USD.

3)L/C at sight for the order value above $50,000.00USD
