1. Wear protective equipment before using the valve tester, carefully check the insulation of the circuit, whether the plug and socket are damaged, and whether the socket is tight;
2. Confirm the type of valve and confirm the nominal pressure and diameter of the valve;
3. Install the calibration valve adapter;
4. Open the oil pump motor tubing valve;
5. Plug in the three-phase power supply and turn on the switch;
6. Valve type selection. For example, if the safety valve is verified, the two toggle switches should be turned to the safety valve; if the check valve is verified, it should be dialed to the gate valve;
7. Turn on the "oil pump on" switch;
8. Use the “manual” operation to the center of the valve flange;
9. Adjust the electrical junction table and adjust the red pointer of the electrical junction table to the required position;
10. Turn the master switch to the "automatic" position;
11. Press “Position positioning” and “Upper positioning” to confirm the valve clamping, press “Air control on”, the pneumatic system is pressurized;
12. The air pressure is increased to the required position, the system automatically controls the air to close, and the system maintains pressure;
13. Close the inflation valve, open the pressure relief valve, confirm that the pressure gauge pointers are zero, and the pressure of the pneumatic system is zero;
14. Press “Up Relax” and “Under Relax”, the system will automatically relax and retreat.
