The structure of the valve tester can be roughly divided into hydraulic system, electrical control system, movable jaws of the left and right working platforms, hydraulic pressure supply device and medium circulation system. The right working table is provided with a clamping mechanism and a 90-degree turning mechanism. The clamping mechanism of the valve testing machine is composed of a clamping device of the clamping jaw and a radial moving device, and the clamping device of the clamping jaw is realized by directly driving each cylinder. The valve tester makes the claws evenly stressed and the clamping is reliable. The radial movement of the jaws is a lever type structure, and the valve tester realizes the radial synchronous movement of the claws. The left workbench can automatically advance and retreat. And has good performance, simple and compact structure. The hydraulic electrical control system (see hydraulic and electrical schematics) is installed in the bottom fixture, which is the control part of the test bench. Under the joint control with the electrical appliance, the valve tester mechanism can coordinate the action to meet the test procedure requirements.
