Decomposition inspection: The valve should be decomposed and overhauled regularly. During the decomposition and overhaul, the parts should be washed again, foreign bodies, stains and rust spots should be removed, damaged or worn gaskets and packings should be replaced, and the sealing surface should be corrected. After the overhaul, the valve should be subjected to a water pressure test again. , It can be reused after being qualified.
If fluid leakage is found during the inspection of the pneumatic butterfly valve, please do not touch or approach the cylinder control valve with your hands until safety is confirmed.
