Pneumatic regulating valve is innovative to advance to the valve. Direct effect type is also called spring-loaded type. The direct effect control valve adds a pilot (pilot valve) which has the effect of amplifying the feedback signal and then passes through the actuator to drive the movement of the main valve disc to the intention of changing the valve opening.
If it is a pneumatic temperature control valve, there is a temperature sensor (or a temperature bulb) at the outlet of the valve to drive the actuator through the thermal expansion and contraction of the medium in the temperature sensor. If it is a pneumatic flow control valve, there is an orifice (perhaps other resistance device) at the outlet of the valve. The pressure difference signal is taken out from both ends of the orifice and introduced into the actuator.
The nominal pressure grade of the product is PN16, 40, 64; the valve body diameter range is DN20~300; the leakage level has three levels of II, IV and VI; the flow characteristic is quick opening; the pressure segmentation adjustment is from 15 to 2500kPa. The pressure setting value can be set continuously during operation. Regulating the pressure of the regulating valve after the valve, the ratio of the pressure before the valve to the pressure after the valve is 10:1~10:8. Rubber diaphragm detection, the actuator has high detection degree and sensitive action. The pressure balance mechanism is adopted to make the control valve sensitive and accurate.
