1. Turn on the main switch and turn on the power switch of the tensile tester to check whether the various parts of the machine are running normally and prepare for the test.

2. Estimate the large load of the test before the test, and suspend the appropriate pendulum. Adjust the cushion valve handle and align the marking.

3. Roll the recording paper on the drum of the painter (this item is only needed when needed).

4. Turn on the oil pump motor, open the oil supply valve, close the oil return valve, and let the oil in the oil tank enter the working oil cylinder. The test stand is raised. Then, open the oil return valve to remove the air in the oil cylinder. Then close the oil return valve, re-open the oil supply valve to raise the test bench by 5-10mm, and then close the oil valve. If the test bench is in the raised position, it is not necessary to first start the oil pump to supply oil, and only the return valve can be closed.

5. Clamp one end of the sample to the upper jaw, turn on the oil pump to adjust the pointer to the zero point, and then turn the lower jaw motor to adjust the lower jaw to clamp the lower end of the test piece. Take care to make the sample plumb and in the middle position.

6. Lower the drawing pen on the putter and enter the drawing preparation state (only when drawing is required).

7. According to the loading speed required by the test, adjust the rotation speed of the loading speed indicator disc by twisting, slowly open the oil delivery valve, and make the rotation speed of the loading pointer coincide with the rotation speed of the indicator disc to carry out the loading parameter. Identification certification. Loading speed: before yielding - stress increasing speed 10 MPa / s After yielding - the moving speed of the movable jaw of the testing machine under load is not more than 0.5 L / min.

8. After the sample breaks, turn off the motor.

9. Record the desired value and lift the pen.

10. The electronic tension tester opens the return valve, and after the unloading, the passive needle is turned back to zero.

11. Remove the sample after the fracture, measure the elongation value, and record it carefully as the calculation basis.

12. Turn off the power and wipe the instrument.

13. Tests such as compression and bending can be carried out with reference to the above items.
