Installation environment: The butterfly valve can be used indoors and outdoors, but in corrosive media and rusty occasions, the corresponding material combination should be used. For special conditions, please consult Zhongzhi Valve.
Installation site: It must be installed in a place that can be operated safely and is easy to maintain, inspect and repair.
Ambient environment: temperature -20℃~+70℃, humidity below 90%RH. Before installation, check whether the valve meets the operating conditions and use requirements according to the nameplate mark on the valve. Note: The butterfly valve does not have the ability to resist high pressure difference. Do not let the butterfly valve open or continue to circulate under the high pressure difference.
Before installation, please remove dirt and oxide scale from the pipeline. When installing, please note that the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the flow direction arrow marked on the valve body.
Align the center of the front and rear piping, make the flange joints parallel, and tighten the screws evenly. Note that the pneumatic butterfly valve must not have excessive piping stress generated on the cylinder control valve. According to the size and weight of the cylinder control valve, provide proper support and fixation on the piping or on the body.
Maintenance considerations
Daily inspection: check for leaks, abnormal noise, vibration, etc.
Regular inspection: Check valves and other system components regularly for leaks, corrosion and jamming, and maintain, clean and remove dust, and remove residues.
Decomposition inspection: The valve should be decomposed and overhauled regularly. During decomposition and overhaul, the parts should be washed again, foreign objects, stains and rust spots should be removed, damaged or worn gaskets and packings should be replaced, and the sealing surface should be corrected. , It can be reused after being qualified.
If fluid leakage is found during the inspection of the pneumatic butterfly valve, please do not touch or approach the cylinder control valve with your hands until safety is confirmed.
