NSV 24-inch Class 1500 A105 forged steel ball valves have completed all manufacturing and inspection procedures and are ready for shipment.
These valves are designed for ultra-high pressure and severe service conditions. The valve body is made of ASTM A105 forged steel. Forged steel has a denser microstructure than castings, which effectively prevents defects such as porosity and sand inclusions. This provides excellent pressure containment and impact resistance, ensuring reliable long-term operation in Class 1500 high-pressure pipeline systems.
Complete Material Test Certificates and factory inspection reports will be supplied with the delivery. Packaging and preservation have been carried out in accordance with transportation requirements.
