Engineered for complex environments involving high corrosion, elevated temperatures, and high pressure, these valves are ideal for chemical processing, petrochemicals, offshore platforms, and sour gas applications.
The valve body is cast from ASTM A494 CW6MC (UNS N26625), offering exceptional resistance to oxidizing and reducing media, seawater, and crevice corrosion. With an operating temperature range spanning from -196°C to 982°C, it maintains integrity where standard materials fail.
The ball and stem are forged from Inconel 625, ensuring high strength and resistance to stress corrosion cracking under extreme loads. The trunnion-mounted design significantly reduces operating torque while enhancing sealing stability across pressure classes ranging from 150 to 2500.
