The NSV DN600 LF2M Cryogenic Forged Trunnion Ball Valve has passed final quality inspection and has been successfully shipped. For critical infrastructure like LNG terminals and deep-cold air separation plants, the reliability of large-bore valves is directly tied to overall system safety. This valve is built to meet the extreme challenges of cryogenic environments.

Structurally, the trunnion-mounted design locks the ball securely via upper and lower stems. This significantly reduces operating torque and ensures operational stability under high differential pressures.

To address cryogenic challenges, the valve is equipped with an Extended Bonnet, keeping the packing box away from the low-temperature zone. This ensures the sealing components operate at ambient temperature, fundamentally preventing seal failure caused by the cold.

Material-wise, the valve body is forged from ASTM A350 LF2M low-temperature carbon steel. It offers exceptional low-temperature impact toughness, effectively resisting the risk of brittle fracture in extreme cold. Combined with a butt-welded end connection, it further enhances the overall sealing integrity and structural strength of the pipeline system.

NSV is dedicated to providing safe and reliable fluid control solutions. If you are looking for cryogenic, large-diameter valve solutions, please feel free to reach out to us for tailored selection advice.
