NSV non-rising stem needle valve has been successfully shipped.
The valve is designed for precise flow control in instrument lines, gas systems and high-pressure applications. The body is forged from ASTM A105 carbon steel, offering high density and strength. The plug are made of 13Cr and seat is V05(PTFE) material, providing good chemical resistance and stable sealing performance in corrosive and high-purity service.
The non-rising stem design keeps the stem stationary during operation, so the valve maintains a compact external height and is suitable for confined spaces such as instrument panels, skid-mounted systems and densely arranged piping. The tapered plug and seat allow fine flow adjustment, making it well suited for instrument isolation, pressure gauge venting, sampling lines and low-flow control in chemical, petrochemical, power generation and laboratory systems.
