A batch of our 40 inch electro-hydraulic actuated concentric butterfly valves has been have successfully shipped to our Indonesia client.
These valves feature a ductile iron body, a duplex stainless steel disc (UNS S32205), and a resilient rubber seat. The integrated electro-hydraulic actuator responds to electric signals to deliver consistent high torque, ensuring smooth and reliable operation even at this large bore size.
The resilient seat design provides bi-directional shutoff. The valves are suitable for Class 150 water, air, and non-corrosive service in smart water distribution and industrial automation systems.
All units have undergone comprehensive factory acceptance testing, including torque verification, seat leakage test per ANSI/FCI 70-2 Class VI, and full actuator functional checks.
