A batch of our CZ100 swing check valves in cast Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) has been successfully delivered.
These valves are fully cast in Nickel 200, providing excellent resistance to caustic environments, reducing acids, and high purity process streams. The metal-seated disc ensures reliable one-way flow and effective backflow prevention, even under aggressive chemical conditions. All units have undergone hydrostatic shell and seat testing per standard industry practice, with test documentation available upon request.
Cast Nickel 200 is commonly specified for applications involving hot concentrated caustic soda, hydrogen fluoride, and other severe corrosive services where long-term integrity and minimal contamination are critical.
