A batch of Monel pneumatic ball valves has passed final inspection and is now being prepared for dispatch.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant Monel alloy, these valves are designed for service in highly aggressive environments such as chemical processing, seawater systems, and offshore oil & gas applications. The full-port design ensures low pressure drop and high flow capacity, while the trunnion-mounted ball provides stable operation under high-pressure conditions.
Each valve is equipped with a pneumatic actuator featuring fail-safe spring return, position feedback, and manual override-enabling reliable automated control in critical isolation duties. The assembly includes stainless steel stem and hardened seat components to resist wear and erosion over long-term use.
