1. Regularly change hydraulic oil
Hydraulic oil needs to be inspected and replaced regularly; the condition of hydraulic oil should be carefully observed and checked. The period of replacement of hydraulic oil is generally changed once a year; when due to water ingress, high temperature, high humidity, and dust, the oil change interval should be shortened.
Method: Open the oil drain and drain the oil, then open the top cover of the fuel tank and clean the oil filter (120 mesh) and the inlet filter. Clean the bottom of the tank.
2. Clean the filter frequently (regularly).
3. Pay attention to the oil level and keep the oil level.
4. When the oil pump starts and stops, adjust the pressure adjustment switch to small.
5. When the system needs maintenance, it must be shut down for maintenance. When starting up for the first time, all personnel should not face high pressure water pipes.
6. Exposed oil pipes and water pipes are not allowed to withstand external impact.
7. When connecting the power supply for the first time, open the electrical box cover and adjust the motor steering (from the motor fan end, the motor shaft rotates clockwise for correct steering).
8. The hydraulic system pressure should be adjusted to low when the power is turned off.
9. The power supply is a three-phase four-wire system, that is, three of the four power lines are connected to the live line, and the phase voltage is 380V.
The other must be connected to the neutral line (not the ground line), and the three live lines are 220V relative to the zero line voltage.
10. Regularly clean the waterway check valve. When the check valve has debris, it will affect the test accuracy.
