I. Applicable Conditions
1.Strong Corrosive Medium Environment
Titanium materials are highly corrosion resistance to chlorine ions, seawater, acidic media (e.g. nitric acid, acetic acid) and sulphur compounds and are therefore suitable for the transport of corrosive liquids or gases in industries such as chemical engineering and marine engineering.
Typical situation: control the transport of oxidized or reductive media in chemical pipelines, high-salinity media in seawater desalination systems.
2.High temperature and high pressure conditions
Titanium alloys (e.g., TA9, TC4) have excellent high temperature and high pressure properties and can withstand extreme temperatures (-196°C to 800°C) and high pressures (e.g., class 900).

4.Bidirectional Media Flow Requirements
The dual seal structure supports the flow of media in both directions, does not require to distinguish between the inlet and outlet directions, and is suitable for situations where the flow direction of media may be reversed.

5. High Sealing Requirements Scenarios
Through the design of double-groove sealing rings, PTFE or reinforced PTFE sealing sleeves, zero-leakage sealing is achieved, which satisfies extremely high requirement of leakage rates.
