Our NSV 20-inch Axial Flow Check Valve has been successfully shipped. Constructed from premium CF3 and featuring a specialized Extended Body design, this heavy-duty valve is engineered to handle high flow volumes in demanding Class 600 high-pressure industrial pipelines.
For large-bore applications like this 20-inch diameter, the axial flow architecture is critical. It creates a streamlined flow path that allows fluid to pass straight through without changing direction. This design significantly reduces pressure drop and flow resistance, while effectively eliminating water hammer effects, turbulence, and vibration. Furthermore, the CF3 body provides excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, making it ideal for critical chemical and low-temperature services.
