The NSV 2205 Duplex Steel Hydraulic Control Valves have been officially delivered. In the complex hydraulic circuits of offshore engineering and petrochemical industries, valves must withstand not only extreme system pressures but also constant erosion from chloride ions in seawater. This valve is engineered to address this dual challenge, providing lasting and stable performance for fluid regulation in severe environments.

The core advantage of this valve lies in the deep integration of its material and structure. The body is forged from ASTM A182 F51 (2205) Duplex Stainless Steel. This material features a dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite, offering yield strength more than double that of standard 316L stainless steel, along with superior resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking.

For hydraulic control, precision-machined trim ensures linear flow characteristics, enabling smooth regulation even under high differential pressures while effectively preventing cavitation damage to sealing surfaces. Furthermore, to accommodate the frequent cycling of hydraulic systems, key moving components are reinforced to significantly enhance wear resistance and extend maintenance intervals.

NSV is dedicated to providing customized solutions for industrial fluid control. If you have hydraulic regulation needs for high-pressure or highly corrosive conditions, please contact us to discuss technical details.
