The NSV F51 Duplex Steel DBB Ball Valves have passed final quality inspection and have been successfully shipped.

Engineered for high-pressure and highly corrosive environments, these valves feature ASTM A182 F51 Duplex Stainless Steel bodies, offering superior strength and resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking. Serving as critical safety isolation barriers, their Double Block and Bleed functionality allows for seal integrity verification without process interruption, making them ideal for oil, gas, and chemical applications.

Structurally, the valves utilize a double-ball DBB design to create dual physical isolation barriers via upstream and downstream seats. Combined with a cavity bleed valve, this effectively prevents internal leakage and supports online pressure monitoring.

For larger sizes and high-pressure conditions, the valves are equipped with Gear Operated mechanisms for easier operation, while smaller sizes feature convenient Lever Operated handles.

Material-wise, the F51 (2205) Duplex Steel body provides yield strength double that of standard austenitic stainless steel, effectively resisting pitting and cracking risks in severe environments.
